Shipping & Returns

Every Echoes of Atlas artefact is made individually. Nothing is held in bulk, and nothing is mass produced, so each order is assembled and checked before it leaves us.

Dispatch

Bracelets, necklaces and pendants are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Legacy rings are made to order and dispatched within 10–14 working days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping

Shipping is free within the United Kingdom and the European Union. Orders outside the UK and EU are shipped at cost, calculated at checkout. All orders are sent tracked and insured, and require a signature on delivery.

Any customs duties or import taxes outside the UK and EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

What arrives

Your artefact arrives in Echoes of Atlas presentation packaging together with a Certificate of Authenticity naming the meteorite used in its creation.

Returns

If a piece is not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging with the Certificate of Authenticity. Return postage is at your cost unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

To begin a return, write to us at theechoesofatlas@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Made-to-order Legacy rings sized specifically for you can be returned under the same terms, but cannot be exchanged for a different size once made.

Faults

Meteorite is an ancient material and every piece carries its own character. Natural variation in pattern, colour and inclusion is not a fault. If something is genuinely wrong with your artefact, tell us and we will repair or replace it.
