Shipping & Returns
Every Echoes of Atlas artefact is made individually and hand assembled in Portugal. Nothing is held in bulk and nothing is mass produced, so each order is made and checked by hand before it leaves us.
Dispatch
All of our items are made to order. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery.
This covers both making your piece and delivering it. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Shipping
Shipping is free across most of the European Union. Delivery to the United Kingdom is 15.00 EUR, as is delivery to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. All orders are sent tracked.
Your piece ships from Portugal, so orders delivered within the European Union cross no customs border and carry no import charges. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay is the price in full, with nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.
We do not currently ship outside the European Union and the United Kingdom. If you are elsewhere and would like a piece, write to us and we will see what we can do.
What arrives
Your artefact arrives in Echoes of Atlas presentation packaging, together with a Certificate of Authenticity naming the meteorite used in its creation.
Returns
If a piece is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging with the Certificate of Authenticity. Return postage is at your cost unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
To begin a return, write to us at hello@theechoesofatlas.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Pieces made to your own specification, such as a necklace or bracelet made to a length you asked for, are made individually for you and cannot be returned. Standard ring sizes are not bespoke and can be returned in the normal way. If you are unsure of your size, write to us first and we will help you get it right.
Faults and natural character
Meteorite is an ancient material and every fragment carries its own character. Natural variation in pattern, colour and inclusion is not a fault.
Because meteorite is iron-rich, it will mark or rust if it is not looked after. Please follow the care guide. A degree of darkening over time is to be expected, and in our view it adds to a piece rather than takes from it.
If something is genuinely wrong with your artefact, tell us and we will repair or replace it.
